The first step in creating your Blogger account requires you to visit the Blogger.com website and Create Your Account.
1. Open your web browser.
2. Go to http://www.Blogger.com
3. Click on the Orange Arrow labeled "Create Your Blog Now"
4. You should now be at the Create an Account Screen.
5. Choose a username. This will be used to login to your manage your account.
6. Enter a password.
7. Retype your password.
8. Choose your Display name. This is the name used to sign your blog posts.
9. Enter your contact email address.
10. Accept the terms.
10. Click Continue.
